BFA does not advocate for non-remunerated opportunities and only supports participation in panels/events that demonstrate a genuine endeavour to foster inclusion. We do not wish to perpetuate the unethical practices we have seen to be prevalent within our industry.
We acknowledge charity/voluntary sectors and/or grassroots organisations who may not be able to cover costs for a BFA member, but wish to offer greater diversity within their panels.
Our BFA Donation Pot aims to be used to cover these costs and ensure BFA Members are remunerated for their time, energy and labour.
