BFA has a membership of over 450 women of Black and Black mixed heritage from major cities around the world including London, Manchester, New York, Accra, Lagos and many more. Our BFA Services provide access to this incredible community of women who are students and professionals/qualified professionals with a wide range of skills, expertise and experience.
TALKS
As an organisation, we welcome invitations to speak on panels as well as deliver talks and lectures, at industry events and academic institutions. We strongly believe in sharing diversity of thought and experience and advocate for representation within discourse across the creative and built environment industry.
BFA members provide a vital resource of expertise to speak on a broad range of topics. Through BFA’s Talks Service, we identify the most suitable BFA member to speak as a representative of BFA while contributing their personal experience and insights.

Our Jobs Board Service provides the opportunity to advertise jobs via our internal membership platform viewed exclusively by BFA members. Jobs roles are advertised on our jobs board for a 4 week period.
For an additional fee, we advertise job roles via our social media platforms (Instagram Stories, LinkedIn & Twitter) allowing roles to be seen by our members as well as our extensive number of followers

Our Projects Board Service provides the opportunity to advertise projects via our internal membership platform viewed exclusively by BFA members. Project opportunities are advertised via our projects board for a 4 week period.
As a network of over 450 Black women in the built environment field we provide access to women with a range of expertise and private practices able to be design and/ deliver exhibitions, installations and building projects around the world.
