Chloe Spiby Loh is Public Programmes Manager at RIBA, responsible for conceiving and delivering a cultural programme of talks and events. Prior to starting at RIBA, Chloe worked at the Architecture Foundation in London, where she was chair of the 2019 Antepavilion competition and led on the Megacrits series. During 2019 she helped to kick start the programme for the second cohort of New Architecture Writers (NAW) with Thomas Aquilina.

Chloe started her architecture training at University of Cambridge, before completing her Masters in Architecture at University College Dublin where she curated a student-led programme of talks and a travelling exhibition looking at feminism and architecture. She has previously worked at O'Donnell + Tuomey Architects, Eric Parry Architects and David Kohn Architects. Chloe has also completed fellowships with the British and Irish Pavilions at the Venice Architecture Biennale and has written for the Funambulist magazine and Architecture Ireland.
